Thank you for shopping with KNWN. Every order is made specifically for you, and we appreciate your patience while we create your items.

Processing Time

All KNWN products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

KNWN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KNWN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
